- Additional services as agreed upon between the client and DreamDrift Designs

3. Client Responsibilities

- Content: The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, videos, etc.) required for the completion of the project.

- Approval: The client must approve all designs, changes, and final versions of the website before launch.

- Payment: The client agrees to pay for the services as outlined in the project proposal or contract.

- Timely Delivery: The client agrees to provide any requested feedback or materials in a timely manner to avoid delays in the project timeline.

4. Payment Terms

- Pricing: Pricing for services will be provided in the project proposal and may vary depending on the scope of work.

- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [50]% is required before work begins on the project.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the payment schedule.

- Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to a late fee of [10]% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

- Ownership: Upon full payment for services, the client will own the final website design and any custom developed assets created during the project. DreamDrift Designs retains the right to showcase the website in its portfolio and marketing materials.

- License: DreamDrift Designs grants the client a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and any associated assets for the duration of ownership.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, login credentials, and financial information.

7. Guarantee and Limitations

- No Guarantee of Results: DreamDrift Designs Private Limited does not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic, or sales. SEO services, if included, aim to improve the client’s website but results may vary.

- Defects: DreamDrift Designs Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to ensure the website is free of defects, but the client understands that errors and bugs may occur.

- Third-party Tools: DreamDrift Designs Private Limited is not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, such as hosting providers, plugins, or APIs.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before project completion, the client agrees to pay for the work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamDrift Designs Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the issue.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DreamDrift Designs Private Limited, its employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use of the services.

11. Amendments

DreamDrift Designs Private Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhavnagar - Gujarat jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bhavnagar - Gujarat jurisdiction.
