- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


- Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.


2. Digital Products:


- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will only be issued if:


- The file is defective or corrupted.


- There is an error in delivery.


3. Custom/Personalized Items:


Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless:


- There is a clear defect in the product.


- The design does not match the agreed-upon proof.


4 Services:

- For defective items, include clear photographs showing the defect.


2. Processing Time:


- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of confirmation.


- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


3. Return Shipping:


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Refundable Situations


1. Change of mind after purchase (for digital or custom items).


2. Failure to follow care instructions (for physical products).
